Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the operational risk framework aligned with Basel III and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all banking processes, including payments, trade finance, and retail banking.
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and produce regular risk dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and compliance to ensure timely remediation of identified control gaps.
  • Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Provide risk training and awareness programs to staff across all levels.
  • Prepare risk reports for the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Salary
