Job Overview

The Renewable Energy Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects from conception through commissioning. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects meet technical, financial, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including engineers, procurement specialists, legal advisors, and local contractors.
• Secure necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals from Gambian authorities.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate with financing partners and investors to ensure funding compliance and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with local communities, government bodies, and NGOs to foster project acceptance.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
