Job Overview
The Digital Banking Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Ecobank’s digital products, including mobile banking apps, online account services, and emerging fintech solutions. Reporting to the Head of Digital Banking, the incumbent will define product strategy, prioritize features, and work closely with cross‑functional teams—technology, risk, compliance, marketing, and operations—to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for digital banking solutions, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and define product enhancements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, accessible interfaces that improve user adoption and satisfaction.
- Lead agile development cycles, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Work with risk and compliance teams to embed security and regulatory controls throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
- Coordinate go‑to‑market strategies, including launch planning, marketing communications, and training for sales and support teams.

Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management within the banking or financial services sector, with a proven track record of launching successful digital products. Experience in the West African market or emerging economies is a plus.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from 1,500,000 to 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
