Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Urban Planning Architect to lead our urban development initiatives in the Brikama region. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed site analysis and feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed urban developments.
  • Collaborate with civil engineers, environmental specialists, and government officials to ensure project compliance with local zoning laws.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in urban planning or large-scale architectural design is required. Proven experience working on major infrastructure or urban redevelopment projects in an international or developing market context is highly preferred. Salary

The offered salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance during the probationary period.
