Job Overview

The Curriculum Development Specialist will lead the design, adaptation, and evaluation of educational materials for primary and secondary school programs supported by World Vision Gambia. This role involves collaborating with teachers, subject matter experts, and government officials to ensure that curricula meet both local needs and international best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps in existing curricula and learning resources.

• Adapt international educational standards to align with the Gambian national curriculum framework.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in curriculum design, instructional design, and educational assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.

• Proficiency in using digital authoring tools, learning management systems, and data analysis software.

Education

Salary
