Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient E-Learning Instructional Designer to join our regional office in Brikama. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into digestible digital content.
- Create multimedia assets including instructional videos, interactive quizzes, and infographics.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps in current educational frameworks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs through data-driven assessments and learner feedback.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to international accessibility standards (WCAG).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy) and instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
- Advanced proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content integration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple curriculum projects simultaneously.
Education
A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience in digital pedagogy may be considered in exceptional cases.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, specifically focused on digital or remote learning environments. Proven experience in developing content for diverse audiences is highly desirable.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and previous experience in the field.
