Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient E-Learning Instructional Designer to join our regional office in Brikama. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps in current educational frameworks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education

A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience in digital pedagogy may be considered in exceptional cases.

Experience
