Job Overview

The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Accor’s flagship hotel in Sukuta. This role ensures that all departments deliver exceptional service, maintain operational efficiency, and achieve financial targets. The manager will lead a diverse team, implement brand standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.

  • Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Develop and execute guest satisfaction strategies, handling escalated guest issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize occupancy rates and promote hotel services.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Salary
