Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our logistics operations in Banjul, Gambia. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
