Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydropower Systems Engineer to lead our technical operations in Bintading. This role is critical to the successful implementation and maintenance of large-scale hydroelectric projects across the region. The successful candidate will oversee complex system designs, ensure operational efficiency, and lead a team of specialized technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical validation of hydropower plant components and control systems.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new hydroelectric turbines and generators.
• Perform advanced diagnostic analysis on system performance to maximize energy output.
• Manage large-scale technical projects from conception through to operational handover.
• Collaborate with local government and utility stakeholders to ensure grid compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on-site.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in hydropower plant operations or design is required. Proven experience in large-scale energy infrastructure projects in developing markets is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery and technical leadership.

Salary
