Job Overview
The CSR Manager will design, implement, and evaluate GTBank’s corporate social responsibility strategies, aligning them with the bank’s business objectives and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will collaborate with senior leadership, business units, NGOs, and government agencies to create impactful programs that address financial literacy, youth empowerment, environmental sustainability, and community health. The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate CSR initiatives into measurable business value. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy that supports GTBank’s mission and aligns with national development priorities.
- Lead the planning and delivery of community programs, including financial education workshops, entrepreneurship incubators, and environmental conservation projects.
- Manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and private sector stakeholders to maximize program reach and impact.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on CSR performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact assessment tools.
- Prepare annual CSR reports and communicate outcomes to internal and external audiences, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Integrate sustainability considerations into product development, lending practices, and investment decisions.
- Oversee CSR budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Represent GTBank at industry forums, conferences, and community events to enhance the bank’s reputation.
Required Skills
- Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proficiency in data analysis, impact measurement, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks and sustainable finance.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CSR‑CP, GRI, or ESG Analyst are highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, community development, or related fields, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Demonstrated success in designing and managing large‑scale CSR programs is essential.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from SSP 1,500,000 to SSP 2,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
