Job Overview
The Production Supervisor will lead a dynamic team of operators and technicians on the main production line, ensuring that daily output meets quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Reporting to the Production Manager, the supervisor will coordinate shift schedules, monitor equipment performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of 20+ production staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor line performance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety briefings.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and quality documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to resolve product quality concerns.
- Prepare shift handover reports and communicate key performance indicators to senior management.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis investigations and drive corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Education
