Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bottling operations, ensuring production goals of 10,000 cases per shift are achieved.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular toolbox talks and incident investigations.
• Monitor equipment performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Implement quality control checks, verify batch records, and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Analyze production data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve cross‑functional issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of all activities in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Required Skills

Education

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of three to five years of hands‑on experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment, with at least two years in a supervisory or lead role. Experience with high‑speed bottling lines and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems will be highly valued.

Salary
