Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Urban Planning Consultant to lead large-scale urban development projects in the Brikama region. This role is critical to the sustainable growth of the local infrastructure, ensuring that new developments align with environmental standards and community needs. The successful candidate will act as a primary advisor to government bodies and private developers, guiding the design and implementation of complex urban frameworks. You will be responsible for analyzing demographic trends, evaluating land use, and designing integrated transport and utility networks. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive urban master plans for municipal authorities.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies for large-scale infrastructure and residential projects.

- Manage stakeholder engagement processes, including public consultations and government liaison.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in urban planning or infrastructure consultancy. Proven experience in managing large-scale municipal projects and leading diverse technical teams is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The offered salary range for this position is 45,000 to 75,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
