Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our manufacturing hub in Bintading. This role is critical to our supply chain efficiency, ensuring that we source high-quality raw materials and packaging at the best possible value. The successful candidate will manage complex vendor relationships, optimize procurement workflows, and ensure compliance with international quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with local and international suppliers to optimize cost savings.
  • Monitor supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to prevent downtime.
  • Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to inform procurement decisions.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) is highly preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is required. Proven track record of managing large-scale vendor portfolios and achieving significant cost savings.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
